- start Check if the power adapter is plugged in correctly. Look at the red light on the adapter. If it is not flashing, the adapter might be broken. Please contact service for help.
- move slow Switch the robot to manual mode and push it to the maintenance area. Clean the cameras, lasers, and sensors with a soft, clean cloth to make sure nothing is blocking them.
- charge Check if the charging pile is plugged into the socket properly. Remove any obstacles around the charging pile. Clean the rear camera with a soft, clean cloth to ensure it can see clearly.
- stop button Check if the emergency stop button is pressed down (red light). If it is, press the button again to release it and the robot will continue its task.
- clean brush Unscrew the bolt of the roller brush. Remove the side cover and take out the roller brush. Clean off any hair and debris from the brush. Then, put everything back together.
